Is there any interest out there in doing a 4 week weight loss challenge?

Goal: Lose ____ lbs in 4 weeks and exercise _____/per week.

We can do weekly weigh-ins and log our exercise hours daily.

If there is interest, we can start this challenge and help one another drop the lbs in a healthy and constructive way!
 
Did you see that there already is a monthly challenge in place each month? I do like the idea of logging hours excercised. That is different than the ones I have participated in.
 
yes i did see that, but the challenge has already started for march right? I just wanted to start something now, so I don't procrastinate 2 more weeks until the april challenge starts. thats why I was thinking to start a new challenge.
 
Just go ahead and jump into any of them. Or you can start your own challenge I guess. Either way, get started!!! :D
