I've been using FitDay.com and I'm noticing that I'm low on Folate, Phosphorus, Vitamin K and Selenium and Magnesium almost every day...what foods should I eat to get those in my diet?
vitamin K is potassium- so bananas are a good option but one of my favorite sources for what's in what is World's healthiest foods - and their potassium page has lots of stuff
potassium is something i do try to watch because (and htis may be false) but I bruise very easily - so much so I once had a doctor question if i was being abused by someone who loved me - nope i only get abused by people i work with and know from the internet but potassium deficiance is shown as bruising easily... and it seems to help
