I am newbie so hope I am posting correctly.

Since the birth of my children and reaching my mid forties, I have been trying really hard to try and achieve a flat stomach.
I feel that now AT LAST I am on my way to achieving this. Hooray !!!
.It has been a long and hard slog though with being told different things by different people. I now know what is right , what is
wrong and most of all I can do most of it for FREE !
