Hi. I'm Aj (a newbie.) And I have a couple questions, and am hoping someone on here would be kind enough to answer.
I'm obviously struggling with weight issues. I moved about 6 months ago and have been settling into a new routine. I've finally got a decent job, and a game plan. They just opened a new fitness center about a half hour away, and I intend on purchasing a membership.
I guess my questions are as follows. My regular shift for work it 10-6 and then I have classes from 8-10 on TT. Which I don't mind, it's not too hard, but lately I've been having to pull a 5-1 or 8-4 shift which is really screwing with my life style routine, and i've skipped breakfeast a lot over the last couple of months because of this.
I was wondering if on those weird days something like a slimfast shake would be ok to replace breakfeast with on those days. I'm not so much thinking about doing this for the weight loss aspect, but it's something fast, and not horrible on the caloric intake. It beat stopping at mc-d's.
Is this a bad idea, or is there something else someone would like to suggest?
