Do you think I'll lose weight?

Track just ended and the events I did were Long and Triple jump and sometimes 1600 meter relay. I had a great season with alot of PR's. (Personal Records) Right now i'm 5'7 138 (I used to be 130) and I am starting to run after school to keep in shape. I was just wondering if running for 30 minutes a day, combined with crunches, lunges, and pushups will help me lose 20 lbs by the end of the summer.
 
Combined with a good diet and a full body exercise routine will help you get into great shape. Losing 20 lbs will probably be difficult as I assume from your activity level you are probably pretty lean with little fat. I may be wrong. I would say shoot for 10lbs in the two months of summer. Thats a little more than a pound a week, which is a solid amount.
