you know, alot of people in this forum say don't load, i asked a couple of people at my gym and they said to load, saying that you see most of your results in that one week of loading.
i'm taking Pure monohydrate creatine now and i decided to do the loading phase, and today is my last day. since i never taken creatine without the loading phase i dunno wut that feels like but with the loading phase i'll tell you somthing, i definatly see results! not to mention i figured why would it say the loading phase on the bottle if it wasn't necessary
