Do you recomend loading?or gradually

No need to load. Add 5g to your PWO shake and you'll be fine.
 
I agree 100% with Cynic. no real need to load, cuz after 3 weeks of 5g daily doses, your muscles will be loaded up to saturation.

a 'loading phase' just uses more creatine to achieve saturation in less time.

Since getting muscled isn't an overnight trick, why rush the creatine loading?
 
you know, alot of people in this forum say don't load, i asked a couple of people at my gym and they said to load, saying that you see most of your results in that one week of loading.

i'm taking Pure monohydrate creatine now and i decided to do the loading phase, and today is my last day. since i never taken creatine without the loading phase i dunno wut that feels like but with the loading phase i'll tell you somthing, i definatly see results! not to mention i figured why would it say the loading phase on the bottle if it wasn't necessary
 
nah like u go on for about 4 or 5 week then take like 3 or 4 weeks off and u start again. some people just go on for about 4 weeks then start loading again but from wut i read your body does build a tolerance to creatine, that is why the 3-4 weeks off would help keep the tolerance low. kinda like you consuming alcohol and building a high tolerance.
 
you can believe the science or you can believe the meatheads in the gym.

either way loading isn't necessary to reach creatine saturation.
