Do you nap during the day?

Do you nap during the day? If yes, how long do you nap? An hour or so after a work out, I feel tired that I need to take a nap of at least 15-20 minutes.
 
I don't have the time or so peace and quiet to nap during the day. Also, if I did that, I would struggle to sleep at night.
 
Ugh, I have been lately. Im not happy about it at all either. Its a vicious cycle, where I stay up too late, then take a nap to compensate the next day. Then *shocker* I cant sleep on time (much like tonight....)

So, my goal for tomorrow is to get home and brew some coffee. Gotta nip it in the bud and get to sleep on time.
 
I love naps :) I always want longer than an hour though! My friend can put her head down for 20 mins and wake up feeling awesome but I feel groggy and more sleepy when I have so little.
 
Sometimes. Like Sunflower, I need to sleep more than just a little bit- it has to be a minimum of 45 minutes to be worthwhile for me (and usually 90). I usually try to limit them to when I'm sick or have been sleep deprived.

^ you can sleep for less than 1 hours but in order to obtain GOOD rest you need 1 1/2 of sleep for you get your REM sleep. True story!!!! Humans sleep in 1 1/2 hour cycles, that's why a really long nap lasts around 3 hours!
