Sure, i'm a runner but i have a question, using those hamstring machines and leg machines to build more muscles on your leg only makes your leg stronger and quicker right, but what technique makes one run faster? Becasue i hear the more you add muscle on yourself then more your slowing your running down due to the extra weight of muscle you put on yourself. Can anybody tell me? what makes you run faster?

Multifitness .... I'm sure you have seen the elite sprinters on TV or wherever. Anyway, have you seen their legs ? They're pretty big and muscular, so I don't believe getting more muscle is going to slow you down. As far as getting faster, well I'm no expert there, but maybe doing some sprint workouts or plyometrics may help. JMO. I'm sure other peeps on this forum can give you better advice on how to increase your speed. Good luck
