How many of you have resorted to weight loss pills hoping it can help you losing weight? I want to hear your opinions and stories on which pills or medications have you used. Hope to an interesting discussion :)

I never tried any weight loss pill, and will never do. Unless you have medical condition and you are taking special medecine ordered from a doctor, in my opinion ALL the weight loss pill are bullcrap, there are so many of them, but yet the mass consumers are clueless so it will alway be profitable and they will probably always be around. Eat healthy, eat smaller, listen to your body and excersise, that's the way to go in my opinion.

My 2cents

AI personally have never tried any weight loss pills, I have an underactive thyroid, or rather no thyroid, it says on most packets that people with thyroid disorders can't take them. This instantly sets of alarm bells in my head, I don't think you should put anything into your body that shouldn't be there.
It's tempting to take the easy road but pills like these can often make your body get lazy and give up on what it should be doing as your body gets used to the tablets doing the work.
So as soon as you stop I would "imagine" fat would come back with vengeance. All speculation of course :)

My opinion is it won't do that much unless you use it right. What I mean by that is, most of the brand named pills will probably kill you bank. I wouldn't because it doesn't work as fast as you can lose fat naturally. If you'd like a boost so to say, take some green tea extract as its one the only proven safe fat loss supplements along with caffeine extract (or black coffee) and alpha-lipoic acid which promotes storages of calories in your muscles and get used instead of stored in your fat.

I would say, try out the combo (caffeine and green tea) as well as green tea if you wanna try out something :)

The biggest mistake you can make, is leave the supplements to do ALL the work, because that WON'T happen...as much as we want it to, it won't.

Think about it like this, if the fat loss pills actually worked, they wouldn't be coming up with new ones and they'd run out of business because we'd actually BE super lean haha but instead, they make us buy more and more and more...but try my recommendation :)

I used it and I saw a difference in energy and didn't gain fat back. The supplements I find , fight off more fat being gained very well better than removing it in the first place you know?

Anyway, try it out I found it useful :)

Best of luck!

The thing with weight loss pills is unless you want to buy them for the rest of your life, you're going to gain the weight back. Especially pills that let you 'eat whatever you want'.

Ok. Going to say this once.

This thread, with well meaning intentions, is just begging for advertising, links, and spam. I suggest everyone posting here be well aware of forum rules ahead of time. We do not allow the linking of advertising or websites leading to these pills.

yeah..this sounds REALLY familiar. The whole mom thing as well. 20 pounds in one month. How about specifics? Since the recommended amount is 1% a week..either you are losing the weight too fast where it could be dangerous or it is mostly water.

I call bull here.

Hello,

this is my first post, but I agree with u. There are some food supplements that can help you loose weight. You mentioned green tea and caffeine. Capsaicin is extract from chilly peppers and it has strong effect on fat burns and converts fat deposits into energy.

:iagree:

Guys, because of the number of spam/advertising posts we have seen in this thread, I am going to close it. Like I had said, the title alone draws these people in.
