Do I have some kind of problem?

Ohkay.
I'll give you the details about me first.

Female
16 years old
177 lbs
body fat % 29
5'3''

i eat a diet from 1400-1600 calories daily, along with working out a *minimum* of 2 hours a day and as much as 3 1/2 for 5 days a week. joined cross country, i've been starting running. I weight train about 3x a week. force my dad to go out on runs with me on evenings, anything i can do to GET MOVING.

I CANNOT LOSE WEIGHT.
I've been doing this routine for about a month now!
for about a half year before this i worked out 3 times a week for an hour and incorporated strength traiging and weight lifting which did nothing but maintain my weight.

I drink TONS of water and get 7-8 hours of sleep of night.

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I AM DOING WRONG TO NOT BE ABLE TO SHED THESE DARNED POUNDS.
it just doesn't make any sense to me and i'm starting to think im never going to be able to lose this weight.
Grrrrrr
Very frustrated overweight teen girl here that needs some help.

With that amount of exercise I would say you probably need to increase the amount of food you're eating each day by a few hundred calories.

I know it may seem counter-productive but your body needs to feel well nourished and satisfied before it's going to let you drop those extra pounds. Remember that being in too much of a defecit can be bad for your metabolism, in which case you won't lose weight. Increasing your food intake to a reasonable defecit (no more than 1000 calories, including calories burned through exercise) should see you making some progress!

Yes I agree with the above. Not only are you doing a lot of working out, you're 16 and teenagers NEED more nutrition than the average adult. I'd start out at 2000 calories ... or even a little more.

Also make sure you're eating HEALTHY calories. Lots of veggies, fruit, complex carbs, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid the junk food, sugar, processed and packaged foods as much as you can.
