Do Cardio 30 Minutes a Day

Any workout that gets your heart rate up will burn calories.
But you'll use more calories if you pick a cardio routine that
engages multiple muscles simultaneously,

Three to consider: spinning, cardio kickboxing,
and boot-camp workouts. Half an hour of each
torches 200 to 300 calories while toning up your arms, legs,
and core so everything appears sleeker and tighter.

You'll burn even more calories per session if your workout incorporates interval training
: alternating short bursts of intense cardio with slower activity.
Experts aren't sure why it works, but trainers swear by it.

Hill Sprints

I can swear for this. Although I am of average weight for my size and height, doing intense cardio allows me to keep body fat down. I do quite a bit of hill sprinting and let me tell you -- not only is it great for stamina but good for shedding fat as well. For those who can manage hill sprinting -- it is a great to incorporate into one's workout

I found this out years ago. I always selected intervals on the cardio machines at the gym and found I got in shape quicker than those around me who just went at a steady pace.

Cardio exercise is the best to burn all extra calories and lose the unnecessary weight.
30 minutes daily cardio exercise is the best workout plan for the .
Do high intensity outdoor cardio specially swimming, running, jogging, and rope jumping for the fast weight loss.

I am 74 years of age and doing 30 minutes a day on an elliptical trainer. The resistance level I am using is 4 out of 7, I am managing to spin my wheels at approx 18 kph, and usually manage nearly 9 kilometers in the 30 minutes of work out. I am a little concerned about doing high intensity for short bursts as I had a heart attack about 20 years ago, but it left me with a slow heart beat, and blood pressure that is mainly on the lowish side but can fluctuate especially the upper number. I am getting dreadfully tired, i thought once i got my fitness back that I would lose the fatigue, but lately the fatigue has been getting worse, not better, which makes it more difficult to lose weight. Any advice would be gratefully received.
