hey another day... another chance, lol
today I weighed myself this morning and I was 322, but I'm not sweating it ... literally... I weighed myself after work when I weighed 320.5, and I sweat alot at work, so I could have put back that water that I lost, but I'm also doing alot of resistance cardio so that could have been my muscles recovering... either way I know what doesn't kill me makes me stronger, and I'm not just shrinking daily but I'm also growing daily... (not my body either) my mind.. I'm learning how to become a fit person, and what it takes.. I know its not a straight path to anything, and I'm going to have to adjust my feet as I'm walking.... today I worked out at the gym for about 30-45 minutes not sure exactly.. could have even been an hour, but I trained heavier today...
I think my diet is getting more on track as well.. I was swerving for a while but I'm I think I'm back in between the lines...
breakfast-- something small (I hate eatting big breakfasts' I want to go back to sleep when I do)
lunch: 6" sub and a coke (I allow myself one during the day so I don't want any sweets at night)
protein: 20 grams whey protein with milk
dinner: 6" sub glass of milk, banana or fruit and water
after that I usually just drink water or sometimes I'll have a gronola bar before I go to bed if I'm too hungry...
since I lifted weights at the gym today, I wont be doing my nightly workout, but I will walk around the block before I go to sleep.... update later
