Breakfast: 2 donuts milk (running late) (burned it off working)
work 8 hours no lunch break
Lunch: 6 inch sub, banana, milk
Dinner: 6 inch sub, coke zero,
Protein: 20 gramswhey protein with milk/FishOil

Non Stop-
Pushups: 3x30 reps different positions
Situps: 3x10 full situps
LatPulldowns: 170x30 reps different grips 3 sets

thanks for the comment... I plan to stick this one through.. I finally have nothing holding me back... and I'm mentally more prepared than ever...

I haven't mentioned trying to lose weight to anyone, and my mom this morning said I was losing weight and I look better..... I sure as hell felt like it too... so thumbs up :D

Off day only normal tasks

Breakfast: Oatmeal and cup of milk/fish oil/glutamine
Lunch: 6 inch meatball sub half a soda
Protein: 20 grams whey protein with milk
Dinner: 6 inch meatball sub half a soda and chips
Protein: 20 grams whey protein with milk

hey, haven't had time to post, but I'm well on my way.. made a few adjustments as any routine should have... I am now down to 321.5 in 2 weeks from 335-339 its been a steady 1lb a day difference.. I know this wont continue on forever.. and a lot of it is water.. but fat or not I feel a difference in my life... more energy.. work is much easier... less depression... overall better attitude about doing things and going out in public.. only 1 person has noticed so far, but what matters the most is that I've noticed a huge difference...
 
You know sometimes it's kind of fun to hold it back from everybody and then suddenly they're like "she's shrinking..." and you're like "oh yeah!" haha... I think you're doing great though, you've got the idea!
 
this morning I weighed in at 320.5lbs... 1lb down just from yesterday
tonight I'll do my workout, and tomorrow morning I'll weight myself.. I'm expecting to be around the same weight, but it will be cool to break below 320 by tomorrow even by a half a lb. If not no sweat, theres always tomorrow...
 
I wasn't expecting to lose so much weight so quickly... 340 to 320 in less than a month.... my ultimate goal is to lose at least 10lbs a month, and 20lbs bi monthly
not much to ask for... I already met double my quota this month... I'm not going to give the rope any slack either... my ultimate goal is to get to 250lbs...
in the mean time my goal as of right now is to get under 300lbs and to remain active as I am.

at this point there is no choice of turning back... even from what I've gained in these few short weeks... its worth the work

I think I lost a pound for doing my HAPPY DANCE for you:D . I'm soooooooooooo hapy. Great job and you have the right attitude and all. Not just one person noticed, I noticed you are loosing :p Even though I can't see the difference i could read it and it's wonderful to hear you are dropping. Keep it up and stay POSITIVE.

wow, I am tired, lol
worked out in garage doing pushups situps and pullups...
right after I finished up I walked for about 40 minutes.. the workout in garage took about 20 minutes... so that was about a 60 minute non stop workout.. walking at first was no sweat, I was power-walking pretty much the whole way, but right at the end I was definately feeling it.. but maybe thats a good thing right? no pain no gain! or lose in this case, lol
I don't know if I should go to bed on an empty stomach or drink a protein shake.. I'm thinking sure I would lose more weight on an empty stomach, but what about tomorrow.. if I drink a protein shake I might be able to workout harder.. burning more calories.. to where as if I didn't drink it I might be worn out.. whats everyones take????

today I weighed myself this morning and I was 322, but I'm not sweating it ... literally... I weighed myself after work when I weighed 320.5, and I sweat alot at work, so I could have put back that water that I lost, but I'm also doing alot of resistance cardio so that could have been my muscles recovering... either way I know what doesn't kill me makes me stronger, and I'm not just shrinking daily but I'm also growing daily... (not my body either) my mind.. I'm learning how to become a fit person, and what it takes.. I know its not a straight path to anything, and I'm going to have to adjust my feet as I'm walking.... today I worked out at the gym for about 30-45 minutes not sure exactly.. could have even been an hour, but I trained heavier today...

I think my diet is getting more on track as well.. I was swerving for a while but I'm I think I'm back in between the lines...
breakfast-- something small (I hate eatting big breakfasts' I want to go back to sleep when I do)
lunch: 6" sub and a coke (I allow myself one during the day so I don't want any sweets at night)
protein: 20 grams whey protein with milk
dinner: 6" sub glass of milk, banana or fruit and water
after that I usually just drink water or sometimes I'll have a gronola bar before I go to bed if I'm too hungry...

since I lifted weights at the gym today, I wont be doing my nightly workout, but I will walk around the block before I go to sleep.... update later
 
I'm so jealous! You completely have the right frame of mind to lose weight. Whenever I see the numbers on the scale fluctuate like crazy, it makes me lose my motivation. You are doing an amazing job of keeping up the motivation!! I don't think you'll have any problem at all of reaching your goal!
 
so far today I worked out at the gym about 30-45 minutes went home took a nap went out to eat at a steak and mashed potatoes ordered water instead of soda... got home worked out in my garage did pushups situps and latpulldowns for about 20 minutes and than walked for about 45 minutes.. than drove the distance I walked to see how far I walked... ended up being a little over 2.1 miles... man I'm tired, lol

I've decided just to weigh myself once a week because I fluxuate so much... every monday morning after work

That's not the way to do it my friend - it definately gets you down! You are doing so good though, keep it up... you'll see some real results soon!
 
whats not the way to do it?

working out than going to bed on an empty stomach? would you like me to go to bed with a full stomach?

if its not your way does it make it the wrong way?

are you the personal trainer on this forum or what?

I weighed myself this morning... 321.3 I know I told myself I wasn't going to weigh myself until monday, but I wanted to see if walking 2.1 miles helped any.. I'm considering walking as my meat and potatos right now for losing weight.

today I'm not going to be doing any workouts, just walking.. I think I'll walk just before sunset
