Hello. My name is Brodersen. I have seen many posts here about distended and bloated stomach and stomach aches!
Some time ago, my stomach suddenly began to be distended continuously. At first it was just after every meal, but then it began to be continously. I knew I had to fix it! But that was not an easy task, because there isn't alot of information out about it. I have found out a lot of things, from talking to both doctors and lectors and listening to fitness-coaches regarding my problem:
There is not a one-answer-fits-all sadly. There is MANY reasons for getting a bloated stomach or distended stomach. One of the big culprit for many is their bad posture actually. It can make your stomach distend. Some other things that can cause a bloated or Distended Stomach can be due to an inbalance in the bacteria in the gut, IBS, too high a sodium intake and MUCH more
