Dirty Gym?

I used to work out a Gym "A" (I'm going to leave the business out of it). It was actually located in the mall. Everything was great, but a stand-alone gym was built one block from my house.

So I started working out at Gym "B". After about two weeks, my back broke out HORRIBLY and continued to stay a backne mess.

I have never had an acne problem anywhere, especially my back, so I thought it MAY have been the gym. Not sure how though, as I always clean the equipment and use a towel against the neck/head rests.

So, I took a 2 week break. Backne cleared up right away.

The only immediate difference I can tell between Gym A and Gym B is that Gym A is in the mall, therefore, it is always COLD, with major A/C and never muggy. Gym B (the stand-alone) is more like a gym, sweaty, warm, and humid.

Could that be it?
Also, if it is, is there anything I can do to keep the backne at bay?

Thanks!

possible that it could be the gym i think. However have you recently made any other changes, like new laundry deturgent, or body wash, or anything like that?

My husbands back never broke out until he started to see the chiropractor, then his back started to break out from the treatment they did to his back, and because of the biofreeze.

so i'm just saying think about anything else that is new or has changed recently besides the gym.

It could most certainly be the gym.

Bring your own towel to place on the benches and mats you use to prevent any contact.

Try using Neutrogena's Oil-Free Body Wash - it works great - get a loofah that's on a stick so you can reach your back.
