Ok, today is the day!
Today is August 22nd 2005. I have 98 kg or 216 pounds. I am fat. I am uncomfortable in my skin and clothes. I feel terrible. My back hurts. I started sleeping on my back, becuse my stomach is in the way. I barely managed to climb up on the boat while my wife and son watched me struggle with my weight.
I went on a wedding and borrowed cloths from my father-in-law who is 55. I could barely wear them. For Christ sake!!!
I wear same pants every day becuse they are the only one i can squizze in.
I took pictures of myself yesterday. Its horror. Look at them every day. I wrote the 98,5 kg on my monitor just to remaind me.
My goals:
1. Loose at least 18,5 kg or 40 pounds by 01.01.2006.
2. Stop drinking during week days, and drink only on Saturday with friends
3. Go running at least 5 times a week for at least 30-45 minutes.
4. Eat and drink healthy
5. Spend more quility (talking, reading books, walking, soccer, bike) time with my wife and son
