Sport different ways to get protein?

Hey Everyone
I was wondering is there anyway that i can take whey protein powder instead of just having it with water or trim milk.

I would like some ways that are very healthy, as i am trying to keep my body fat down, i currently have 3.2% body fat and i want to keep it down low.

So basically what are some ways that i can take in whey protein other than just milk and water?
 
3.2%? Dude, that is barely above the scientifically ESSENTIAL level.
 
Yeah, 3.2% is unhealthy if you really are 3.2% which I doubt.

Mix protien powder with oatmeal, pancake batter, mashed potatoes, muffin batter, just about anything, or just pour it in your mouth, but why wouldn't you want to mis it with water? You need to drink a lot of water anyways, so why not with your protien powder?
 
You've been misguided by someone. You are not 3.2% You only get that low by not eating for a long time and you are in starvation mode. Or you've spent years manipulating your diet and you're about to get on a stage and compete...in which you wouldn't need diet or nutrition advice.
 
I like to add some to my oatmeal in the morning, or add some to a smoothie. But check out bulkfoodsdirect.com. This is where I get my protein from, and they also have a lot of recipes for different ways to cook with and use the whey protein powder.
