different types of anearobic work outs help :s

i have just started doing lots more anearobic workouts to help with my boxing. i have done hill sprints on my racing bike in intervals earlier on and i feel great which other way can i do anearobic intervals maybe with sprints has anyone got any programs that they have done before or can put foward more exercises.

i was also wondering how often can i do these types of workouts and will switching it up abit benefit me more?

You could try doing HIIT interval training if you want to still include strength training in it. Have a planned sequence of exercises and do them for 30s each, around 20-30s rest in between, and go around three or four times.

And yes, it's good to switch the workout up normally. This will help ensure a good muscle balance by always training different muscle groups and ranges of motion.
