different exercise every day?

what do you think about having different session every day?
i go to my local gym about 5 times a week. recently i got really bored with my full body orkout in a gym (using machines and free weights) that ive started attending classes.last week for examlpe ive done 1 v-cycle 2 zumba classes 3 body pumps 2 my normal sessions in a gym and ive added 1 circuit program in a gym and i was swimming 2 times. after almost every session i was doing some cardio. what do you think about program like this? my aim is to still lose some weight and fat im 22 my weight is 70kg.
would program like this bring pore possitive result then just gym and cardio? or is it better to stuck with one rutine for a while and then change it??

I think variety is the spice of life. To do something slightly different every day will keep you interested and will make you look forward to the training more so than just doing the same old stuff every day. I would stick to having variety in your training. Same with your nutrition, keep it varied and interesting. Boredom is bad for the soul. Keep up the good work!
 
VARIETY! :)

Not only are you keeping your workouts fresh and interesting for you, you're also working different muscles everyday which is awesome! You're going to be shocking your body with something different everyday which is what I also love to do!

It is really motivating to do something different every day. Before i used to do full body workout in a gym and then some cardio. sometimes i just couldnt be bothered to finish the sesion now i have motivation to push myself forward ;) and i can see results already after 1 week so i think im going to stick into it. thank you guys x
 
I like keeping things mixed up. Both in nutrition and exercise. I feel like it makes everything a little easier.
 
Doing different exercises is good, but if you can follow those exercises with a doctors instruction is better. Because some exercises are sometimes gives bed results.
