I have recently been trying to formulate a diet to follow daily, to no avail. My issue I believe lies in the fact that I have little to no creativity as well as my research so far has just came up with answers such as to eat foods high in x and y. My problem with instructions like this however is that if something isnt set in stone I start becoming frantic about it as I find peace in following something preset. In short what im asking is if anyone could give me a absolute diet plan (The same foods everyday preferably) specifying what foods I should eat for each of, either three or five meals from what I have read.
