Ok im a runner...i have marathons coming up and i work out around 5 days a week. Currently im using the eliptical..and every week i do a long run of about 5 miles of non-stop. I want to loose weight for current events coming up but im kind of in a plateau. What should i do to loose weight, does anyone have any advice?? im currently 5'4 at 145pnds. I want to get to about 125-130. Please let me know if anyone has any advice for me about dieting tips. Thanks.
