i was very good during the last couple of months. I have fallen off my good streak and i find myself just eating carbs all day during the day. I eat when im not hungry and i still work out. But i have gained 15 pounds that i really want to get rid of. I just need some self control but i dont know where to start. HELP!!!

You eat when you're not hungry? Emotional eating? Are you drinking enough water. I find that water helps curb my appetite. Also, although you need carbs for those long runs you still need to limit them. Are you eating lots of sweets as well? What time of the day are you eating your carbs? Early morning? Late at night? I would also look at your portion sizing. Are you eating meals or snacks, small portions or snacks, simple sugars or complex carbs. Sounds to me like your diet is your major contributor to slight weight increase. REally take a look at that, then decide what the other aspects of your lifestyle could be contributing.

yeah i find myself eating a lot of chocolates bc i love chocolate covered raisens. The problem with me is that when I start eating i can t stop so i like start just eating an apple and then i finish with eating like 3 different meals. And then i call that breakfast...then by the time lunch comes around im totally not hungry but my brain convinces me that i should eat so i eat and thats usually chocolate. I work out and usually after that im still not hungry but i eat anyways. It seems with me that when i do eat i eat in large quantities and what i eat is not healthy food.

Well you seem to be aware of what the problems are it's disipline now...I'm so good throughout the week and come the weekends I tend to blow it...and that is the reason why the last 10 lbs I also need to lose are hanging on...just focus and you'll get use to the change eventually....Good Luck!
