Anyway, my older friend (he is 17 a very successful football player at our school and has a nice scholarship to Boise st.) anyway I was workin out with him and he said that most these supplements and pills that everyone is starting is only part of the process. A good diet he says is a very big thing. I already asked him this but he is 17 and has no clue what his diet was at my age so he wasnt much of a help on that.
Basiclly I want to know, what would be a good diet to start going on for lifting and building. I am 15 right now.
