Diet to loos weight and keep energy levels up for running!

Hi. Could anyone give me guidelines for diet for runner. Thing is, after running I feel hungry and often end up overeating. How to avoid that?
 
Drink 16oz of water before you eat anything after a run. You lose a lot fluids from sweating and you become dehydrated. The brain can't always distinguish thirst from hunger, you'll eat a lot less by refilling up on liquids.
