Now I am 13th week pregnant and am suffering from food cravation, if I eat more then weight increases. Can anyone suggest me the pregnancy week by week diet? How can I maintain fitness before and after pregnancy?

Your OB Gyne would be able to suggest the best diet plan for you. You might as well consider eating lots of fruits and vegetables, and drinking lots of water. Avoid much sugar intake. Try using natural sweeteners like Natvia. It's made from natural resources and proven to be safe.

cravings kick into high gear when we're stressed or anxious. Carbohydrates boost our levels of the hormone serotonin, which has a calming effect. And recent research suggests that the combination of fat and sugar may also have a calming effect. during pregnancy, the extra food you eat shouldn't just be empty calories. when you're pregnant, what you eat and drink is the main source of nourishment for your baby.

Most women often experienced that. However each has varied in their craving. You better seek an advice to your personal doctor

Craving is something very natural when you are expecting. However, your gyne doctor would be best to tell you about your healthy diet plan. What i have to say is do not intake fatty things and avoid oily stuff. Eat healthy fruits, make a fruit cocktail for instance and add honey to it for taste. Hope that works.
