I was just wanted to know if there are any diet pills out there that actually work? If you've tired it and had great results id like to hear about it! Thanks :D

I've tried several of the supplements and years ago they worked for me but they don't seem to work for me any more. I used to use an old one called Appendrine that helped many years ago but they don't sell it any more or at least I don't think they do. I thried Metabolite and it worked for like 3 days and then I was so nervous I quit takiing it. I've also tried some prescription wieght loss medicines. The same thing. They worked for awhle but then the side effects got to me. I was very irritable and nervous then I wanted to eat more. I'm doing better now without any of them and watching calories.

Hi Amanada

Your really right about exercise and a clean diet, I did that as well they I added the diet supplements. Once your get your routine going then add them and they really honestly give you a boost, I do use epherine products, I use them exactly the way the manufactor says to, never taking more than I should. And they really helped me out big time!!!

I've used Xenadrine RFA-1, Liquid Clenbutrx and currently using Meltdown (the ephedrine version), I've had really good results started at 284 pounds on April 1, and today I weigh 213 and about 20 pounds from my goal weight. They helped alot, but without the exercise and dieting they would be worthless; you need the exercise to get that metabolosim fired up and activates the pills your taking.

Most people would probably recommend that you stay away from these, but if you use your head and read the label and follow a good exercise and diet routine you will get the results you wanted. Everyone has opinon on these, so i'm just telling you my experiences but I would recommend you do your homework on these, get exercising and eat healthy then add the supplements and you'll see the results for yourself in the mirror!

I take those "One-A-Day Weight Smart" pills. They aren't really a Diet supplement, but its more like a centrum vitamin with a bit of a kick. It has a bunch of the 'B' Vitamins as well as Green Tea extracts that raise the bodies metabolism. However, its not a major hike in the metabolism like what you get with your appendrine. But I find its a good way to give the body a small boost without going overboard before heading to the gym.

I'm afraid I have to agree with you fitski. It is true that fat-loss supplements HELP people to lose more weight. However, for beginers,it is adviced that you make sure that your Execise,Diet, and Rest become the top list of getting the ultimate cut-body.Fat-loss suppliment is like frosting to a cake. Therefore,it can be used and WORTH BEING used when you have achieved you goal. That is when you have about 10% body fat or less.Otherwise, just think Diet,Exercise and Rest.Buying suppliment is not as important as being motivated and determined. It might not sound comfortable. But think about this,if the suppliment really works,COUCH POTATOES would be lining up at the manifacturer's factory by now.No offense. :) I really mean it.

Phentermine

Hey, I agree with most people saying that diet and exercise is really the way to go. I didn't want to take diet pills cause I heard of all the heart problems they can cause but I was prescribed Phentermine by my doctor. I was afraid of using it because I thought I would just gain all the weight back and then some. The key really is diet an exercise, I used phentermine to get me started and for when I hit a plateau. I do 45 minutes of cardio about 4 to 5 times a week and lift weights 2 to 3 times a week for 30 minutes each session. I have also changed my eating habits and what I eat. If you are going to use a diet supplement don't depend on it, use it as a helpful aid at most during those times when you get stuck. And do your research. For example phentermine is only for short time use.
