Diet Ratio?

Hello, I was wondering what a good diet ratio would be for someone trying to loosing a few pounds and to keep it off. I think someone mentioned a 45-30 protein to carb?

I'm about 5'9/10 and weigh 142, do HIIT x-country training about 3 times a week for 20-25 minutes (plus hockey three other days) along with ab exercises 3-4 times a week.
 
You're 5'10" , weigh 142 and want to LOSE weight? At that weight you could try organ donation...a kidney's got to weigh a pound or two, right?
 
I'd have to agree with pmoe ... I can't see where you would lose any weight without becoming a bone rack ...
