Sport Diet problem

Alright so I understand that I should be eating 4-5 times a day for a better metabolism but I have a problem. I am in college and have a meal plan that lets me eat 15 times a week... that means 3 times a week day and nothing on the weekends or 2 times a day every day. As you can see I have a predicament.

I try to eat a banana (or other fruit) for lunch and then something a couple hours before or after dinner to give me 4 meals a day but I feel like the portions of my meals are bad. The type of food I eat is good but my problem is I don't know if I'm eating enough times each day to keep my metabolism going.

Am I screwed because of my meal plan or is this just going to make weight loss that much harder (more cardio etc.)?
 
grab extra food from the cafeteria. do they have to-go boxes? if so you can load those up too. could easily fit 8 small chicken breasts in one of those when i was in college.

got any cash? a tub of protein powder is usually 50 cents per serving, add a piece of fruit to it and that's a reasonable meal/snack mid-morning or mid-afternoon.

No and No lol

They are annoyingly strict about taking food. I can manage to grab a banana or apple or even a bagel but not much more. And I'm pretty broke so I can't really afford any protein powder.
