Sport diet plan for 14 year old?

alright so I'm 14 and I'm trying to get a six pack I have a pretty flat stomach and do HIIT and Tabata and eat pretty healthy most of the time (except for last night had a wedding to attend and kinda got carried away :p) drink a lot of water etc... but I need an eating plan that's a little more specific so if you could help me out that would be great
