diet pills

yeah...im just wondering what those diet pills ( zantrex, hydroxcut, stacker ) if they can all even be put in the same category, im just wondering how they actually help burn fat. or if thats what they do. can anybody tell me exactly what they do, like raise your heart beat? give you energy to excercise more and thus burn more calories? or what? whats the deal with them..ive walked through the store and looked at the ingredients, stupid root extracts and other crap. i wonder how the hell that can in anyway aid you in burning fat...but if they can...just wondering

Theoretically, they raise your body temperature and boost your metabolism. Ive used Xenadrine with ephedrine before with very severe mood altering side effects ( I became really mean and aggressive).

i've wondered the same thing - do any of these pills actually help you burn fat? i kind of doubt it, myself. i think it's just hype. i've researched it a bit and have yet hear any real scientific or anectdotal info about them indicating
they do what they promise.

hence the term thermogenic, and yes, within reason they do work, some better than others, but none as good as those with ephedra(RIP) lol

meh, they are stupid. the corti-slim commericals make me laugh. the commercial actually says "if you want to get your hopes up, get into the cortislim lifestyle" thats about right.
caffeine pills would probably be as effective
