diet pills

how bad are diet pills? and are they different are some better than others? i always thought they were bad for you but now someone told me they arent so bad as long as u excercise and maintain a healthy diet...is this true?

I'd say anything that is chemically inhanced can't be good for you...JMHO

ur body would get used to it, once u get off of it, u will gain back the weight i've heard.

lolz

i hate *miracle* pills. dont believe them

I done a lot of research a few months ago in to diet pills.
there are different types, appetite suppressants and thermogenics.
The first is usually tonnes of different herbal remedies with little or no scientific evidence to support there use in weight loss. You’ll notice sayings like “some tests have shown that this herbal remedy can help with weight loss”.
Stimulants such as caffeine and ephedrine do work. But again the difference may be minimal.
They work buy making your heart beat faster and raising your blood pressure. Your heart beating faster will burn more calories. This is good for inactive people but if you want to exercise, you stand the chance of seizure or heart attack, which is common.

My advice is that you do without them. They may help, but they will only help a tiny amount that you wont even notice. Plus, on caffeine and ephedrine you will not sleep as well, and possibly develop a caffeine addiction.

Do it naturally and be proud of your results.

I'm all for the ECA (only taking a baby aspirin in the latter part of the cycle) stack, it's helped me greatly every time cutting season has come to town. Keep in mind that I do VERY little cardio, I just diet hard and continue to lift.

As mok said, caffeine addiction is very common. It happens to me every time. I stop the cycle, and begin to get headaches, and have one for about 4-5 days straight, but then I'm over it, worth it IMO. Again this will only help if you're already losing weight, this will just speed things along. If you're not losing, then this won't help, because you're doing something wrong.

yeah, that happens to me also, whenever i drink coffee for a while and then stop...killer headaches...then also if im on pain meds for too long, i get headaches also...sucks!

Yeah but coffee is some alright stuff isn't it? I mean, coffee.. it's a good thing.
Why would you want to withdraw coffee consumption?

i don't know how bad diet pills are for you, but i guess i just don't believe in them actually working. i think the person just needs to change diet and exercise. if a pill worked everyone would be fit.

I took Leanfire for awhile (2 months) and went off from it. At the time I thought it was giving me extra "energy" for my workouts, but to be honest, I haven't noticed any difference in my energy level since going off from it. The only difference I've noticed is that is does have an appetite suppressant, so I find that I am more apt to be hungry. I deal with this by drinking more water and it seems to help.

I pretty much tried them all (Leanfire, Hot Rox, Tight, Lipo 6, Xenadrine, Ripped Fuel, Jet Fuel, Hydroxycut, etc)
As for energy the best I have found to help with workouts is Jet Fuel and Hydroxycut Hardcore).
Jet Fuel is about $25 and Hydroxycut Hardcore abour $35.
