Sport Diet Overhaul

Sport Fitness
Hi, I am a semi professional athlete which requires cutting weight at specific times but more than anything, maintaining just above my competition weight. I was hoping for any suggestions that anyone may have to improve my current diet. It's provided below with training times too. I was thinking of increasing my complex carbs and reducing sugar & dairy intake throughout the day??? Any suggestions for replacements to the meals i'm currently having, especially afternoon and morning meals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Training Session #1
Approx 1 hour cardio specific

Meal #1:
Oats & Barley with skim milk & honey
Wholemeal english muffin with low fat ham & low fat cheese
Fish & Flaxseed Oil

Meal #2
600 ml Iced coffee with skim milk & sugar

Meal #3
Wholemeal roll with chicken breast, ham & salad
Piece of fruit
Multivitamin

Meal #4
Low fat yoghurt
Decaffeinated tea

Meal #5
Chicken breast or fillet steak
Salad or vegetables
Low fat soy ice-cream

Training session #2
Approx 1.5 hours power & strength specific

Meal #6
Low carb Protein shake

what sport are you playing semi-pro?

your diet isn't terrible by any means but it does seem low on protein for an athlete.

i'd also avoid the soy protein altogether, because the jury is still out whether soy is good, bad, or just ok
