Sport diet/nutrition question

What do you think about incorporating ww and slim fast into a diet plan? I have read alot about people calculating protein, etc. on this site but I really don't want to put that much work into it and would get frustrated being that obsessive about it. I used to be 202 lbs and have been around 170-175 for the last few years. I finally dropped about 15 lbs. and am at 160. I am 6'1" (female), 26 years old, and am looking to drop another 15 lbs. I work out about 60 minutes 5-6 times a week.

I eat:
breakfast: slim-fast
snack: light popcorn (100 cal.)
lunch: slim-fast, banana
snack: lean cuisine entree or oatmeal
dinner: lean cusine entree, oatmeal, etc.
This ends up to be 22 points on the WW plan which is the recommended amount for someone my height/weight. I also drink tons of water.

Your not getting a lot of protein. If i were you i throw out the slimfast and get a protein blend. Probably cheaper and it has a lot more protein.

If that's what your using i would get some powdered protein blend. Its cheaper also going by the slimfast site.
