diet missed up after exercise stop!!

hey guys and gals

something really weird happened this week.

i was like most of u exercise / diet but a week ago i had to stop exercise cause of a sore knee to recover and all sudden my appetite and diet missed up i hunger alot though im eating only 500 calories under my maintenance.

is this normal? did anyone notice the same after u stopped exercise?

wat the hell is the relation between the two ??

I won't pretend to be any sort of expert on the matter, but through random research on weight loss and whatnot, I've seen some sources say that exercising release two types of hormones, one that increases appetite and one that decreases appetite. Depending on what exercise you were doing, your
body was probably releasing the appetite-suppressing hormone, and when you stopped exercising, you were suddenly hungry again. Just a guess, but hope it helped.
