Yeap well I am really bad with this food part, working out is the easy part IMO.
So I am 25 6 ft tall 170-174 most of the time. Male b/f is around 10%
Here is my diet oatmeal,tuna,eggwhites,protien bars,chicken,veggies sometimes
I think it's time to have someone help me set up a diet.
Anyone wanna help me out? My goals are 5-10 lbs of clean bulk. I want my abs to show real good and i want my muscles to look friggen tight as hell like Ryan Reynolds in Blade.
As for working out, I dont lift super ass heavy so i can't control it. I would rather lift smooth and slow is this right?
