Sport Diet is the hardest part! HELP! :(

Yeap well I am really bad with this food part, working out is the easy part IMO.
So I am 25 6 ft tall 170-174 most of the time. Male b/f is around 10%
Here is my diet oatmeal,tuna,eggwhites,protien bars,chicken,veggies sometimes ;)
I think it's time to have someone help me set up a diet.:D
Anyone wanna help me out? My goals are 5-10 lbs of clean bulk. I want my abs to show real good and i want my muscles to look friggen tight as hell like Ryan Reynolds in Blade.
As for working out, I dont lift super ass heavy so i can't control it. I would rather lift smooth and slow is this right?

not looking too bad. not to be critical, but your shoulders seem to be lagging a little. nothing some heavy shoulder pressing won't fix in due time.

as for the diet...can you try to put something together and we'll comment on that. otherwise, I know for a fact that LV has a fat burning program he can set up that's tailored to your needs. Of course such customized approaches aren't free. his setup is pretty effect though, even when you're not following it as closely as you should.

now i dont use it anymore because my diet is already routine .... but when I started my diet it helped me keep me on track !!!

but it seems that you are eating the right stuff....
tell us more about your diet !! how many meals etc etc

but where are the fruits ?? and more veggies definetly, I usually eat a bag of mix vegetables, steamed, a day!!! not very expensive at sams club, or cotsco
and the protein bars you make them yourself ??
 
Atkins bars cause there the best tasting one's. And not super high in sugars and fats.
My shoulders are kinda caca arent they? haha.
Well thats where I gotta hit it hardest they are lacking and I need to catch them up.

I do dumbell shoulder presses first set 12-15 2nd 10 3rd 8 4th 4-6 and the a burn 10-12 so 5 sets
then
4 sets of side flys front flys rear flys and upright rows. thats pretty good how come they wont grow like my chest :(
 
I wouldn't say they are that bad, just a little behind is all. hell, as you lean out, your arms might get shredded enough to make the delts look better.

is the first set a warmup of 12-15 reps? I don't think you need the 'burn' at the end. ever do barbell military presses or arnold presses? mix it up a bit, but remember the shoulders won't grow when you're on a cutting diet.

Exactly.

I'd never recommend any bars while on my programs as the majority of them are just plain garbage and the macro breakdown of some of them are horrific.

If your looking to to add some protein and fat to you approach, I'd suggest a whey shake with flax, udo's, or fish oil OR make your own bars as malkore requested.
 
They got some really good homemade bars in the nutrition section. I use them on occasion and send the recipes to people that I see eating pre-made bars all the time. I've heard nothing but good things. Also, no preservatives... :)

Well you guys are gonna **** casue here is my diet

8:30 oatmeal
10:30 atkins bar
12:30 bag of tuna no mayo or bread then another bar
2:30 bar :rolleyes:
4:30 if I dont have anything another bar :eek:
6:00 gym
7:30 tons of egg whites and maybe a slice or 2 of whole wheat toast and grilled chicken or grilled tuna.

This is usally everyday haha.
I drive all day long for work so its very hard for me to eat. this is why I have the bars alot. Its quick and easy.
