any help?

hey,

your nutrition plan looks fine but i would suggest that you switch to only working out 3 times a week doing a H.I.T compound workout with about 30 mins of cardio before and have at least one day a week where you rest compleatly other wise the work you put in you will get nothing out.

hope that helps,

Grant

well it does help to know my diet's ok, but as for the working out 3 times a week will that help me get lean? the reason my workout plan is that way is because i read its best to split weight and cardio workouts which obviously hasn't worked for me otherwise this thread wouldn't exist

yh because the exercise plan you are using now is for bulking up on muscle were as a H.I.T compound workout will help you in toning and getting lean.

you could also try swimming for a couple of weeks as this is one of the most effective activies for lowering body fat, also doing squats will help your metabilisom speed up so your body will only retain a verry small amount of fat found in foods.

Hope that helps,

Grant

Hello

Hi..I like your your thread and Your strategy is the perfect to lean and loss weight. I am also inspired to follow your instruction for making strong fitness with efficient weight..

Hey this looks like a great plan for both food and exercise. You are gonna do great! I know how hard it is to try and find stuff from so many different blogs and posts to try and create a successful plan, but it looks like you did a really good job!

Just like you, I've always learned to split up your workouts, focusing on weights and strength one day, and cardio the other days. But, from what I've continued to research, a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio every day is what is going to help you loose belly fat and start loosing weight. Strength training is just as important as cardio, but it requires rest days to allow your muscles to recover. I think having at least 30 minutes of cardio each day will help you alot, but you can do more (or higher intensity) on the days when you are not doing weight training.

If you are looking for more options for your diet to help keep it from getting boring, you should try checking out this site: It compiles all sorts of blog posts and news articles and tweets and stuff about nutrition. It shows everyone on one page so you don't have to keep hunting from website to website. It might give you a lot of great ideas or at least some links to new places find more meal ideas and what not. I hope this helps!! Good luck!
