Weight-Loss Diet help?

Hey everyone!

I came on here once before, and then pretty much disappeared! I've been doing well! Definitely noticed some differences in my body! Very exciting! I've done it mostly by cutting out carbs and getting into a regular exercise regiment.

Anyway, I need help with a diet. The problem with me, is I'm not someone who can eat stuff "in moderation" or whatever. I either need to be able to eat a portion of it, or it needs to be cut out completely, if that makes sense. I'm not sure what my weight it, but I'm 18, 6'3, and about to go home from school.

I guess what I'm REALLY looking for isn't a diet, but I want to learn how to eat healthily.

Give me some help guys!
 
Have salads,vegetables,fruits,oats,egg,sprouts,milk,leafy vegetables.Avoid junk food ,sweets and oil foods.
