This is basically what I eat everyday.

For the custom foods I just entered the calories I didn't change the carbs, fat or protein.


I'm 295 6'1 18 years old.
I've been told that I'm supposed to eat between 2,000 - 2,500 to lose weight. What do you guys think?

Sorry =/. The other section said "This is an attempt to bring in the professionals. THINGS COULD GET NASTY!" I just wanted opinions from professionals and people who are just like me.
