whats up guys? i need help on dieting, ive been boxing again recently and ive been looking to compete. i thought you would know on some diets for like losing weight and better stamina. i've been working on my stamina by running everyday and doing sit ups and push ups, but i dont seem to lose weight. im about 5'7 154 lbs, but i have a gut and im looking to lose that gut and get the six pack and all that other stuff. now the problem is that im 18 and i dont live with my parents, so when i get really hungry i resort to eating fast food and a bunch of junk food thats at my house. when i buy groceries to try to eat healthy i never have enough money to buy the right amount so all the food is gone in about a week, i can eat a lot. i was looking for a diet that is cheap and that could fill me up when i eat. thanks for the help guys

Well if you're eating fast food, most people eat three times a day so that is at minimum four a meal, $12 a day. Multiply that by five or seven and you have about $60+ a week. That is more than enough to buy groceries for one person. Cut out all junk food and use your money elsewhere.
Everyday at my job, people order out (chinese, deli, go to BK) and it is just amazing at how much money is spent. I used to eat fast food pretty much everyday for lunch. That was costing me over $150 a month! Get to the supermarket and get yourself some vegetables, fruits, and chicken or fish. Tuna is cheap and really great for you.

If your looking for something to help your stamina, I would suggest yoga and pilates. They're wonderful and afterwards you feel relaxed... I have the same problem with fast food, but I started looking on the internet and going to the different fast food sites and looking at their nutrition guide... most of it is loaded with crap. I've found some things that arn't so bad. but I would agree with tony to head to the grocery store...
