Weight-Loss Diet help please - No Mumbo Jumbo!

Hello people,

I need help. I am Fat and I need help building a proper diet, and what foods should I eat or not.

I have looked at many diets, but non are right for me. I do not really do any exercise apart from walking or biking to see my girlfriend or walking to university.

Speaking of which, that is my second issue, I do not really have time for exercise. The work I do means I am at a computer at university all day, and then when I get home I have to be right back on the computer.

I have already started a diet some what, I have tried to limit myself to 800 - 1000 calories a day, this going from eating like 4 doughnuts a day, chips, crisps, macdonalds.. you name it, I was eating all that, and now nothing but slad and turkey steaks etc. I do not want to hear any mumbo jumbo about my health please lol, I just want to loose my fat and not take 7 years doing it.

I know people will say that it will burn my muscles, but I dont care, I just want to get stick thin and then start the gym again and get ripped.

Up your calories to a minimum of 1400, your current amount will cause your metabolism to slow (making it harder to lose weight)


The walking and biking you do is sufficient but you would find it beneficial to do some all over bodyweight strength exercises too, a few minutes every other day will help prevent muscle loss while you diet, you might not care about muscle loss now but it's not as easy as you think to build muscle.


Do not confuse weight loss with fat loss. destroying lean mass in the name of weight loss is about as counterproductive as you can get.


Don't know how much weight you need to lose, but even if it's a sizeable amount you can lose a good portion of it in 1-2 years


There are no quick or easy fixes to losing fat, you didn't gain it overnight and you aren't going to lose it overnight.


Never trust people trying to sell you weight loss products, particular ones that want to mess with your hormones.
