Diet Help? 15 year old girl

Hi! I'm female, 15 years old.
Recently I noticed I gained quite a lot of weight and now weigh 110 pounds. I would like to loose at least 20-30 pounds. Would a diet consisting of only 100 calories help me loose weight?
I currently can't go to a gym everyday but I do plan on doing small exercising at home, like leg lifts, jumping jacks, and lifting small weights.

No. 100 calories a day will put you well into starvation mode. At 15, your body is still developing and requires a range of nutrients and minerals.

What does a typical day's diet for you consist of at the moment?
 
if you want to keep the metabolically active tissues = muscle.. you need to feed the body appropriately.. going with out meals.. causes the release of cortisol the stress hormone... which will break down your muscle turning it into acetyl CoA.. which will join Oxaloacetate mimicking glucose to be broken down as such.. the muscle will not come back however.. if not used entirely as fuel will now be stored as fats.. increasing your fat mass while decreasing your lean mass
 
How tall are you? At 15 there's a good chance you've still got a couple more inches to grow and your body has more developing to do which will change the shape of your body and the fat distribution. If you eat 100 calories a day you're setting yourself up for a downwards spiral, unsustainable weightloss (you will gain all that weight and more back once you stop restricting so severely) and possibly even long term damage. My advice would be to look at what you're eating now (normally not when you're restricting) and identify if there's anything you eat regularly that's high in sugars and sat fats (especially look at what you drink like fizzy drinks and fruit juices) so you can cut them down a bit and focus on maintaining your weight rather than losing 20-30 lbs (if you lost 20 lbs that's just under 20% of your body weight!). Honestly 110lbs is slim, if you don't like the way you look then I'd suggest going with your current plan of exercising at home to gain some muscle tone

Food is your energy, 100 calories a day and you will starve yourself to death! 110 pounds at 15 is not a lot, but if you really are un satisfied with your weight, then i would suggest drinking smoothies, eating low carbs, and maybe going for a run every once in a while. At such a young age your body is still developing so you don't need to stress about being overweight, because your not!
 
100 calories a day is gonna mess with you in so many ways. Not just the obvious anorexia but also other problems such as metabolic damage and those you would acquire in the future due to long term starvation such as osteoporosis. Personally for a 15 year old girl i would advice exercising half an hour 5 days of the week. In terms of diet have a good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Essentially all you need to do is cut out sugar and avoid snacking. Make sure you incorporate foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals into your breakast lunch and dinner.
