Sport Diet for Ectomorph(skinny male)

Hey guys It's me shafdude again and I'm just going to show my calorie consumption intake outline right now.

To put body in anobolic state follow this
Intake/calories break down:

Intake-Calories break down/Day
Fat =150g
=1350Kcals....30% of total calories
Protien =281.25g
=1125Kcals....25% of total calories
Carbohydrates =506.25g
=2025Kcals....45% of total calories
------------------------------------------------
Total Kcals/day=45x100(Weight pounds)
=4500

According to the above I'm supposed to have 150grams of fat, 281.25grams of protein, and 506.25grams of carbohydrates every day, which equals 4500 calories/day. I know this is a lot but you have to remember I am an ectomorph and my body has an insanely high motabilism so I have to eat more to avoid ketosis(when your body burns protein for energy instead of using it to rebuild muscle tissue). i'm what most call a "Hard-gainer"

Is this right can you give me some tips on this and how I can actually get the recommended amount of protein, fat and carbohydrates to full fill my 4500calories/day.
