I'm planning a new diet for losing weight. Since I'm starting my new job next week I'll have money to go out and buy some good foods and supplements.
Since I'm looking to lose fat on my stomach, should I include more carbs or more proteins? Should I keep them at an equal amount? I've noticed people that are bulking have a lot of protein in their diets. should I still do the same?
I've been focusing so much on physical activity, that I've been neglecting my diet and its not the best, which I now realize is effecting my results much more than I thought they would. So yeah, once I get more info I'll make up a diet/ workout routine and let you guys critique it to see if I'm going in the right direction.
