I was in a book store today, and I was looking for some book on exercising and nutrition. I couldn't seem to kind one that I liked. Has anyone heard of any good books out there?
well I've probably mentioned these to you but........body for life, and/or body sculpting bible for women. body for life pretty much tells you what to eat and how much, and has a workout plan, so basically follow what the book says for 12 weeks. Body sculpting bible for women is less rigid on all of the rules, good luck on your findings.
