Hello everyone. I want to share with you my eating habits and excercise schedule to see if this is at all successful.
I already know that this is by far probably NOT the right way to do it (lmao) but it makes sense to me in my head![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
So I "kinda" bought into the eating something every 2-3 hours. So heres basically my eating schedule:
I am a guy... 5'8 and my weight ranges from about 160-165.
[*]5:30am - 2 cups Total Raisin Bran/8 fl oz. V8 Low Sodium Vegetable Juice
[*]9am - Medium Banana - 10fl oz MinuteMaid Orange Juice (100% Juice)
[*]noon - Lean Cuisine/Healthy Choice Frozen meal (Chicken for protein) with Coke Zero
[*]2-3pm - Clementine or NutriGrain bar with Coke Zero
[*]6pm - Lean Cuisine/Healthy Choice Frozen meal (Chicken for protein) with a Centrum performance multivitamin.
[*]7-pm - Boost Nutrional Drink (i think they taste good LOL)
[*]5pm-10pm - About 4-5 more Coke Zeros.
5:30am-10pm (ALL DAY) I drink about 84-120oz of filtered TAP Water.
Two points: I know the frozen meals are high in Sodium. I hope I counter this by drinking a lot of Coke Zero (I know its not healthy) because a lot of CAFFEINE to help me pee a lot to get rid of the sodium
I stay hydrated I think because I drink a lot of water but with the sodium I dont want to retain all the water
That plus i love Coke Zeros lol.
------------
Excercise: I just do 20 minute intense workout on my Elliptical 2-5 times a week and I do 3 sets of situps with an Ab-Roller. I don't even count how many reps I do each set I just go until my stomach muscles hurt then break
I want a flat stomach LOL.
What do you guys think?
