Hi guys, I was wondering what you guys thought of this diet plan. I thought I'd eat slices of skinless and boneless chicken breast as well as turkey breast or the type they sell for sandwiches that is thin-cut. Each meal I'd have one of the two for protein.

Then basically I am left wondering what else to add. I have no knowledge of what I actually need in a day, so I do need your help. I'm trying to lose some fat in the stomach area - it hasn't gotten to be much of anything yet, it just isn't flat. I'm 6'1 and I weighed 167 last time weighed - I'm thinking I should lose 7-8 pounds.

Can anyone give me a basic rundown of what I should eat meal-wise? Example:
5 Meals a Day (3 hours apart)
1. ____ of turkey breast, ___ eggs, ____ corn
2.
3.
4.
5.
etc

I'm a picky eater which really hurts my ability to lay a plan out :(
 
You need to buck up and quit being a picky eater. Deli sliced meat is not a great protein source. and 1 or 2 slices isn't even 10g of protein. in fact the last time I looked at a package of lean lunch meat, I'd need to eat 1.5 packages just to get 25-30g of protein.
 
Ok, then how should my diet look? I am a picky eater, but it seems that whenever I think of something I'd be willing to eat (that I wouldn't have before) it turns out to not be great. Can you or someone else give me a general layout? I really need it.
