Sport Diet (carb, protein, fat) percents

Hi everybody,

Some information:

Age: 25
Weight: 83-84 Kg
Height: 188 cm

I've never been a thin guy, I think my body type would match endomorph. And currently I maintain my weight with a 2500-2900 cal diet, but I think I should gain some muscle. Does it mean I need around 3400 cal??

what should be my diet carbs-prot-fat balance? I've read 40-40-20 is ok for endomorphs, but that's a lot of protein...
