Diet Buddy - GM Diet, Takers Anyone?

Ok, like most people, I've tried a million different diets and haven't had much luck over the years. So, after much research online, I've decided to try the GM diet. It sounds weird when you first read about it, but it all makes sense. There are plenty of links online for it, even a vegetarian version. I'm the type of person who needs encouragement to lose the weight, and I'm a single mom which of course makes the diet a bigger challenge. I can do fine on my own for a couple of days but then you have the temptations, which is why I need a buddy. I'm 27 and I weigh 193.5, I hope to get down to 135-140 and it's been a major challenge over the years. If you're in my situation and you're willing to give the diet a try, let me know. I plan to start first thing this Sunday August 17.

How exactly does this diet make sense to you?

Variations of this diet have been around since jesus was a pup... And the results have always been the same for people.

Don't let the fancy medical clinic name associated with the diet lull you into thinking it's healthy or sane or a good idea or will get you long lasting results.

It's not going to make sense to everyone. I guess you have to be open-minded like me to understand it. Everyone's bodies take to diets differently, and like me, it takes drastic measures to even lose a pound. I can cut out all sugar, breads, etc. for 2 months and still only lose a couple of pounds. Maybe by cleansing my system with the GM method, I will have a little better turnout. If you research the diet online you will read how dozens and dozens of people have been successful and happy on the diet. So, how can you not explore the possibility?
