Sport Diet as of now

So i pretty much i beleive i have my diet properly right my question is the timing of eating certian foods.
my carbs mostly come from vegatables, yogurt in the morning and fruit
protien chicken and eggs plus the whey for my pwo
fat comes from flax, peanuts and olive oil. Now i reach all of my calorie needs for cutting and its been working so far. My question is what time should i not be taking in certian foods. I dont eat carbs before working out, should i be? I also dont take in any fats when having my whey shake after working out. Is everything going right?

Im a little skeptical that i should be taking carbs before i work out, but im no expert so im asking for your advice
 
although many people argue it, the majority school of thought tends to be protein with every meal, carbs in the morning, fats in the evening. No fats after your workout or in your PPWO.
