Its good to hear. Working out doesn't have to be the monumental task everybody thinks it is. Simple walking 30 minutes a day is a great way to start and you could drop 5 - 10 pounds before you know it. It definatly worked for me!

Nope, that right there is pretty much it. Calories in vs calories out is the basics. There are some factors like just how many calories out your body does and such but you don't need products or herbs..really you don't.
 
you all have got it completely wrong dudes! you need to eat zero carbs, zero... carbs will give you cancer... and like.. molest your children and... all sorts of horrible stuff, those snubby dotors who did that study knows NOTHING... I know an inuit guy who wrote a book and.. and... you also have to GRASS FEED your fishes to make them healthy... and shit...

also.. don't worry.. you pee out all your surplus proteins and fats.. just don't touch the carbs man!
