Hello all

How are we all

Well i am about to start again on cohen's

I was doing so well last time, but never finished the programme. i did get my refeed tho, so am going to do it this time.

I hope i get as much support as i did last time. i remember some very trying days.
anyway i will report back tomorrow with my weight
hope it aint too bad have been avoidin weighing myself, since my marriage break up,it has been so impossible to stick to anything.
I do go to the gym now. weight training and cardio, i hope that cohens still allows me to do that, last time i was always too tired to do much.

I'm going through what could be a break up with my marriage. So it's so tough to keep positive or focused about anything.

I'm glad you are starting again. This is my 2nd attempt at this. I was doing pretty good for about 6 days then I fell off the wagon....got back on and fell off again. I haven't given up yet. I'm going to keep going.

I remember you were around when I first started back in Feb 07, I remember being in awe of your results. So happy you're back , I have restarted again, so back to finish what I started just like you. This forum is much quieter than what it used to be but the women who have stayed and post in here are very inspiring and so so supportive.

Hello everyone

Well it'd day one
and the scales said i was 80 kilo's
I am so dissapointed with myself
Anyway
day one so far so good
It's the night time's that i find hard
I have been to the gym and did a step class. So that s good and i had my yogurt for breaky, and i had tuna and vegies for lunch.
going to have chicken and vegies for dinner and some mango for desert
I am soooo hungry tho
wish we could eat a carrot of something
I think my biggest thing is snacking
I seem to do it alot
I might not be hungry but i'll snack
Well gonna go for today
will update again tomorrow

Hello Di, & a big welcome back to the forum. I'm sorry about your marriage breakup. We will provide you, hopefully, with lots of support. We all helpone another. well it didnt take much to fall off the wagon again. man how come this is so hard
gonna try again tomorrow. I think i am going to try to be in bed at a reasonable time from now. I think the late nights dont help, i get tired and want sweet things.

Just a suggestion maybe if you stuck around here and posted what's going we could probably support....I was also finding it hard to get back on the wagon but I stuck around and read all the newbies post and the oldies until I finally woke up to myself.
I am onto day 17 with no deviations and have so far lost 3kg. Once you see that weight come off there is no turning back. BUT you have to get into the "ZONE".

Hi Di! :iagree: with Sam. It might help you if you come in here daily & share how you feel & your struggles. We've all been there. We're a fairly supportive lot & I have found if I keep typing how I feel it makes me accountable, not only to myself but to everyone who comes into my diary. It will never be easy to remain or become slim. We all know putting on weight is easy. You can do this, I'm sure! If I can, you can, cheers, cate.

I'm also with Sam and Cate. :) We're all from different walks of life, with different ages, lifestyles etc. but we have one major thing in common. We are all taking the journey to get our health back. Mainly the forum makes it nice and clear that you are not alone. And when you feel crappy today, someone else has felt like you did. :)
