Sport dexrose/ good carb?

the big picture: bad carb because it is void of any nutrients

some say it is essential post workout and suggest we take in 50 to 100 grams of this stuff. i use to believe that but i've learned that is very poor and inaccurate information. a little in the pwo meal is fine but not a buttload

I just wasn't sure if it was or not. I was thinking that it would be good as a post workout carb but you can never trust a supplement company with such information especially if the product you are inquiring about contains the indgredient. thank you very much.
